- BLBri LJun 22, 20261.0Beware of this postal office. We sent out gift cards and the lady promised to seal it up. But my family didn’t get the gift cards that was in the letter. And when we went back and tried to ask, the older lady was very rude about it and didn’t help us at all. Very disappointed on how they handled it.

She saved me $50 today by finding a spare box in the back so that I didn't have to use the XL size they had in stock. The XL would have cost $74 (and was too big for the stuff I had to ship), but the box she found only cost me $24 to ship. Thank you Ruth!

- MNM NelsonApr 27, 20261.0I was watching a First Amendment Audit and employee conduct check at this post office from 2/21/25 by Bay Area Transparency. This audit was a failure! As the auditor entered the lobby he tried to speak to an employee that said he did not work there while he stood at a machine with the keys 🔑 to that machine and he still denied it. Eventually the auditor discovered that the employees name was Otis. Rude and a liar. Later Otis flipped the auditor the middle finger saying it was ok that this month he retires. He IS representing! 🙄🤦🏻♂️. See photos below ⬇️ of all the players. Another employee named Shay was argumentative and accusatory saying the auditor was just trying to get a reaction. Then the manager/supervisor came out to assist and when the auditor told him about Otis’ behavior he made a face in disbelief. Cameras don’t lie, and the pictures below speak 🗣️ for themselves. Do better Walnut Creek post office staff. The internet 🛜 and YouTube are forever for all the world 🌎 to see..
