Shout out to the woman working tonight with the green streak in her hair. She had a long line at 6:30 and handled it like a boss. Cool, calm, courteous, and competent. Wish there was a tip jar.

I live halfway around the world from Walnut Creek, but I needed something printed and delivered to an address in the area. I reached out to a number of places with my request, Loren and Chere responded from the UPS Store, and did everything they could to help me out. Above and beyond, thank you so much!

BEWARE OF SENDING IMPORTANT PACKAGE, AT ANY POINT THEY WILL WITHHOLD IT FROM YOU!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR PACKAGE DONT GO HERE As well if you have a problem it will not be addressed!! I was in line last week and seen a girl asking for her medicine in the mail the manager claimed she sent it back and closed the mailbox, wasn’t trying to be accommodating or give an explanation I felt so bad for the girl I heard the girl start packing when she told the manager she could die without the medication the manager just smiled and told her there’s nothing she can do for her. I came back another day and the manager was still there I hope some immediate action will be taken towards how poorly she treated that girl hoping whoever reading this keeps an eye out for this woman and to speak up if they have a similar experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we started here we were really happy with this location and the service. But after new management the service has become almost repulsive. Julie has to be the most incompetent, rude and racist manager they could’ve possibly hired. My first interaction with her was so poor. She spoke with so much hate, the racism was LOUD. I let it go because I felt embarrassed with everyone watching the interaction.
Then yesterday I walk in to pay our box and pick up my diabetic supplies only for her to tell me they closed our mailbox and sent ALL our mail back to the center. Mind you - NO notice nothing. I show up and find out we no longer have a mailbox there. I told her I was picking up medical supplies and I need them as a diabetic my life is on the line without them, she was incredibly rude and dismissive in her response. No empathy, no “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused”. Just “ok well it’s not my problem” basically. Then the owner called my husband and explained that our mail was actually still there and wasnt sent back.
So she looked me dead in the eyes as I told her I could die without my supplies and still lied and said it wasn’t there and smiled. No empathy, no humanity. She saw a brown girl and that just didn’t seem to sit right with her. She almost looked joyous that I could possibly die without my supplies when I told her. The amount of hate and racism in her heart came before her duties as a manger. All because of the color of my skin. There was a white woman in line before me and she was so kind to her I actually thought last time she may have just had a bad day or something but no, she’s just another racist woman in Walnut Creek. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This is beyond racism, it’s just plain disgusting and she had absolutely no empathy on a human level for someone who’s out of diabetic supplies and her life is on the line.
We went in to the store after the owner called us and he gave us our packages and said he’d talk to her and write her up. So if you still send your mail here, be sure not to send ANY sensitive packages because the owner clearly has no intention of taking any real action to prevent her from harming anyone else in his store.

Overall really good and quick service, but a couple of times now I've come by in the morning when they were supposed to be open according to the sign on the store and they weren't. Came by at 8:30 on a Monday and it was all still locked up when the sign said they were supposed to be open at 8. Not dependable.
