- VMVivian MaApr 23, 20261.0This one star rating is for their Notary Service. I made an appointment for a 4:45 signing and the person showed up at 5:10. Walked through the door and asked if I needed help. Once I said I was there for a 4:45 Notary appointment, he let me know that he had to go to his car to grab his book. When he returned, he carried in loads of unmade boxes. (It was clear that my appointment and that he was late was of no matter.) Never a “thank you for waiting” or “apology for wasting your time”. Because I’ve been to the UPS store on Main and also in Alamo, I expected service to meet the expectations set by the other stores. Unfortunately, this one is an exception. If you value your time and respect, I recommend you go elsewhere for notary services.
