- JCJoel CApr 30, 20261.0Horrible location with incompetent staff that don't know how to do their job. I had 3 Amazon returns and 3 different QR codes. Presented all of them to this girl working here. She said 2 were the same and were "scanned twice". I thought this might be correct because 2 of the items were ordered together so that sort of made sense to me at the time but it turned out to be a big mistake. Looking at the 3 screenshot they are all different returns. While the other 2 items are processed as returns the 3rd one isn't showing up and I have to dispute the original purchase with my bank because someone here didn't do their job. Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. Avoid this horrible location!
