I am here on a Saturday 5/9/26. I couldn't see her name tag as she was using her long hair to hide it. Maybe the post office is better next time. Apparently the store owner backs the rude actions by his employees. Instead of sitting in the back office responding to bad reviews, get on the floor and work with your employees to better the experience of the customer. I see on the other one star reviews you are also trying to justify the bad experiences we have. That is not a leader. As an owner you should be doing quality control with your employees. Not instigating an argument on the review after a bad experience. Ther are plenty of other UPS stores that offer a great customer experience.
