  I've started printed my 24 x 36 construction plans at Staples. Its less expensive then Fed Ex office or other locations and you can pick them up same day. I'm very glad they have a print shop!

  Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The quality of my business cards exceeded my expectations — beautiful print quality, crisp details, and such a professional finish. What impressed me even more was the incredible customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. I was also blown away that they printed my business cards the same day! Fast, reliable, and high quality service is hard to find these days.   Emily was extremely helpful and fantastic! She was working in the printing and copying area, and she went above and beyond to help me. I also watched her field multiple random questions expertly and quickly. She is a great add for this location. I didn’t catch the man’s name at the checkout, but he was also extremely helpful for the location as he was working quickly to serve multiple customers with less than 10 minutes till closing time.

  The customer service is great. I had an order online that I realized I had made a mistake on after already paying and confirming my order. I called the store right away and the person that helped me over the phone was very friendly and was able to help me with my order.

  I went into staples today as soon as they opened at 11am to quickly purchase some double sided tape. I head to the check out line where 3 people have formed one line in front of me. I get in line. As 5 minutes go by, 3 more people stand in line behind me. A second employee walked past this line of now 7 people, but seemed occupied with a task. When he seemed to finish this task at the printing station, i thought surely he’s coming over to help this poor person on register. He wasn’t. He started walking to the back of the store to do another task and ignore the 7 people in line, so i flagged him down. This employee formed a second check out line, turns out me and three other people in line were actually waiting in the amazon returns line. whoops! By the time i waited for the man in front of me to checkout, i greeted the man at the checkout counter that i had flagged down. He didn't greet me back. He then asked me “were you also waiting in the wrong line?”, which he said in a condescending tone. Was the elderly couple behind me also waiting in the “wrong line”? i don’t spend all my time at staples so i didn’t know they had two lines. This man seemed to be some sort of shift supervisor since he was handling cash, which shocked me since he was so rude and so helpless towards the 7 customers in line. This man appeared to be middle eastern, had a large beard, and did not wear a name tag. No one this helpless should really be working customer service. I like that this staples has two printers though:)
