My experience at this FedEx office has been OK. However, today I received the worst customer service from the most stubborn person ever. When FedEx started taking Amazon returns earlier this year we ran into a problem. I’m surprised at FedEx being a big corporation hasn’t figured this out yet on their end because when there’s multiple items under a QR code only one item shows, however on my end, it shows multiple items under one QR code. The first time I returned there they made the error of just accepting only item then Amazon came after the other because they were not sent under the same QR code. That day I spent one hour with Amazon to get this issue rectified. Today I was attempting to return two items that were under the same QR code. This man with red hair would not take the second item, so I told him to stop the return and I’ll just go elsewhere. He wouldn’t give me back my T-shirt but he wouldn’t accept the other return item and told me I had to start a new return. I showed him that the item was scanned by him, and he still would not accept the item. I had to spend time out of my day to contact Amazon to get the item taken off that return and issue a new QR code. I am never going back to this place again and take business elsewhere when it comes to shipping and copies. I can’t believe the audacity and the stubbornness when there was proof right in front of his face.

I just stopped there today and I found them to be extremely friendly and efficient. They deserve a good rating!

I love this store They're always so helpful so kind and helped me get my shipping done properly. I would recommend this to anyone in the area. FedEx has become more affordable almost than UPS and it gets there on time 99% of the time unless there's weather that no one can have anything to do with so go see the people at FedEx. I adore Adriane he's amazing and great at customer service and also very helpful. My business is succeeding because I have this support so close to my in home office

I’ve used this location several times. Unfortunately, today I was met with bad service and will not be returning. I was shipping 2 boxes that were not taped up yet (you can see inside). A plain clothes manager met me with what felt like an interrogation. Asked for my ID to scan, asked me several times what was in my boxes (visible trading cards), and after all that tried to charge me around $150 for 5 day shipping… I understand the questions and proof of ID - however after years of shipping at this location I had never been asked to produce information about myself or contents. Really strange.
