Asked for help with a missing item and was told he couldn’t help if the package was already sent to another facility. But the packages should be getting checked By a person before getting sent out. And they were not clearly LOL. supervisor just replied with “ok” when I asked them to keep an extra eye out while doing their job while scanning packages to make sure they’re correctly being sent out.
