- KKKenMMay 12, 20261.0Went to mail out a package and I asked the tall Hispanic male employee a simple question. Instead of just answering the question like a person that is suppose to serve the public, he got a bit nasty. When I explained to him all I wanted was an answer. It didn't matter to me what it was. I just needed an answer. Well now it appears he may have retaliated against me. The package I had him scan in to be mailed is nowhere to be found. The tracking number doesn't even exist in the system.

- CYCarrie YangJun 23, 20151.0They took so long just to process an order... had to walk out because it was just rediculous .. the older employee, he just walked away after helping another lady, walked slowly to the back and I can hear him speaking on his phone, nothing to do with work. They had 1 employee in the front, that's it. The lady was helping another lady, but was taking her sweet time. Customer service sucked so bad !!!
