  Despite being told in the past that overnight cut off is at noon on Saturdays, today I was told it really depends on the driver and what time they get there. They essentially stated they do not have a set cut off. This is not an acceptable practice, as it makes it impossible to run a business that relies on timely delivery. A client will no longer be able to receive the keys to their house on Monday because of this policy, despite me arriving well before the time I was told cut off was.

  I gave you a 1 so i could leave a comment, you deserve a 0 for the way your employee acted. HORRIBLE customer service! Whoever the gentlemen is that does the notarized stuff needs to take a course in customer service! He was working this afternoon(3/2/2020 @1:30) I don't know what you're problem was and it doesn't matter. YOU are RUDE! Besides the way you acted towards me needing a live scan, you're interaction with other customers was total BS! I've used your services before and NEVER will again!
