- NJNikki JohnsMay 6, 20261.0I stopped at this UPS location to send a prepaid shipment, and the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted in fact, I was cut off by an employee while I was in the line. When I asked the employee, Janelli, if she could add a “Fragile” sticker or note to my box, she dismissively told me, “You can go buy stickers from the shop.” Considering I had already paid $850 for this shipment, I don’t think adding a simple note or label was an unreasonable request. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed issues at this location. The employees consistently seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping customers. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service, support, and professionalism. At then end, Janelli handed me a receipt without saying anything or asking if I need anything else. I ended up being charged for buying $5 stickers! This location seriously needs attention, training professionalism and oversight from the company, as the quality of service is going downhill.
- JRJoellen ReichenbachMay 2, 20263.0Something to be aware of... shredding services. Simple shredding project, keep in mind that if it was at 8.4 pound they will round up to 9 pounds. Not sure why they couldn't put exact weight in their register but I had no other option since I am traveling. Our world is interesting. Thank you for your round up service.
