  Very disappointed with the service. I went to the THIS UPS Store because I needed two-way shipping and specifically asked them to create a return label so my package could be shipped back to me. I explained this multiple times, but they kept telling me that I had to create the return label myself. I explained that other UPS Stores have created the return label for me and asked why they couldn’t do the same. One employee told me it was “automatic,” and when I asked what that meant, she simply walked away. Another employee then came over and said that yes, other UPS Stores do provide this service, but their location has a different dealer. I understand that different locations may have different policies, but the way this was handled was frustrating and unprofessional. If a UPS Store cannot even assist with creating a return label, something I’ve received help with at other UPS locations, then I’m not sure what level of service customers are supposed to expect. Very upset with the experience and disappointed with the customer service.

  This is the best UPS store in town! Sales Associate Liliana was fast, incredibly helpful and got me through the process quickly

  Fast and promt service. I usually get in and out quickly. It’s not a 10 because UPS charges to return Amazon items

  Originally started at Staples & they didn't have a box that I needed Went to UPS store on Mooney & Marina was a Huge Help! She package, bubble wrapped & taped the box up. The store closed at 3pm (Sunday), I was there at 2.15pm & she made shipping my package a breeze! Mission completed by 2.30p. Thank You Marina
