I had over a 100 sheets that needed to emailed and was helped almost immediately by the store manager Ana. What a difference over my previous stop She took care of the entire process for me and was so sweet and patient. I recommend this store highly. Thank you fedex and Ana

- JZJayleen ZendejasJun 16, 20231.0I’ve received customer service multiple times from a woman without a name tag, but had long black curly hair and a was really rude about the the whole shipping experience. Tried to tell me fed ex can’t ship anything with “cannabis logos” on it, even though I repeatedly told her there was no live product in the package, only empty display jars. Proceeded to pull out the fed ex hand book and call her manager, holding up a line of 4 people, all for her to go through with the transaction anyway because it is not against the rules to ship empty containers with cannabis logos on it. My work company’s cannabis field marketing team has an account through fed ex they pay for, her attitude towards myself and my profession was extremely rude and disrespectful.
