  In this office, the personnel, specially the supervisors are very inefficient; the mail carries continuously make mistakes on their deliveries and the office does not take any responsibilities; please use Fedex or UPS as our mail system lacks of efficiency

  Highly recommend calling and asking for specific instructions on how to ship with them before going in or else you will be back and forth multiple times. Employees are rude.

  No one answers the phone at this post office ever, you’re told to wait on hold and after 5 mins it’ll disconnect you. If you keep calling throughout the day, you’ll never speak to anyone, like literally no one answers at all ever. They’ve sent me a letter to call the supervisor if I have any concerns with issues of a neighbor parking all their cars all around the area with no consideration and blocks my and my other neighbors mail box that prevents us getting our mail and now my main concern is there’s no way to contact a supervisor or employee at that. Super frustrating if they are only open weekdays from 8:30 am-5 pm and if you work those hours, you can’t speak to anyone by phone nor at the office on your days off or times you’re off. Neighbor with the 20 cars can’t be told anything because “it’s public parking” and can park wherever. Supervisor at this post office is hard to contact!

  The woman working in the passport department was very disorganized. She may have been having a long day, but the experience was frustrating. She had me complete a new application and specifically instructed me on which boxes to check. After leaving the room and returning about 10 minutes later, she told me I had checked the wrong box—even though it was the box she had directed me to select. She then argued with me about what she had previously said and instructed me to complete yet another application. Because there was another appointment scheduled after mine, there wasn't enough time to do so, and the appointment ended without any progress being made. As a result, I feel that 30 minutes of my time was wasted. If she is the only employee handling passport services at this location, I will be scheduling my next appointment elsewhere.
