  I honestly had a pretty terrible experience the moment I walked in, someone at the counter just barked at me for coming in 20 minutes before closing, it threw me off completely. but once I grabbed my stuff and got to the register the actual cashier was super nice and helped me use a coupon I didnt even know about, she even noticed my phone was running out of battery and offered to plug it in near the counter while I finished up. it's such a weird place because the front staff is a total mixed bag but the girl who rang me up was honestly the kindest person i've dealt with in months, definitely the highlight of the visit. the store itself was clean and i actually found what i needed right away so that saved me from wandering around. I was so annoyed at first but that one employee really turned it around and now i'm already thinking of going back just to see if shes working next time.

  i needed some office supplies and a new chair, walked in just to browse and left with exactly what i needed plus a bit more. the guy up front was super chill, helped me find the right chair without making me feel rushed or pressured. honestly felt good supporting a local spot, will definitely come back when i need more random stuff.

  I want to personally thank Nikki at Staples for the exceptional service she provided today. I came in needing help with a printing project, and she made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy and enjoyable. From the moment she greeted me, Nikki was warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me get exactly what I needed. She took the time to walk me through my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure every detail was just right. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that my project was in good hands. What stood out most was her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. She never made me feel rushed and treated me with the utmost respect and care. In today’s world, it’s not often that you encounter someone who provides such sincere and outstanding customer service. I would also like to recognize the rest of the team. While Nikki was assisting me, I observed the entire staff having excellent interactions with other customers. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and eager to help, which created a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the store. Because of Nikki’s help, my printing project turned out great, and I left the store feeling truly appreciated as a customer. Employees like Nikki—and a team like the one supporting her—are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you, Nikki, for your professionalism, patience, and positive attitude—you made a lasting impression, and I am very grateful for your help.

  Sorry but. How do you flat out have an employee tell you, "I don't want to print out your file right now." Even if its only 3 papers to print. That's completely rude and unprofessional. If you don't like working there, don't work there then. Especially in front of the manager.
