- NSNicholas SpenceSep 2, 20261.0Arrived in plenty of time to send a package. I waited in line for a pen to fill out the sending information on my box. I brought my box back to the front counter only to be told by the older man at the front that because it was a military box that I would have to come back tomorrow because it would take a whole 10 minutes to fill out the customs declaration. I then filled out the declaration across the street while I watched people continue to go in and send packages out for the next 15 minutes. I will never understand where small amounts of human decency have gone. Go elsewhere to mail out if you don't want to waste your time.

I am here often, throughout the week and sometimes more than once a day. It’s never a good time and they are never changing.
- RRRynn21Aug 12, 20261.0Not only did someone from USPS box cut open a package during the holidays a few years back (and I know they did in CA, because it couldn't have survived in that condition going from East to West Coast), but one of their employees stole my mom's Mother's Day card with a gift card in it that was dropped off IN the mail box on Main St by H&R Block. Their response was to not care. I highly doubt they even investigated the theft. This has happened TWICE now. Do they compensate or care? No. Their mailmen also repeatedly deliver someone else's mail to my address. A 0 and 6 are very different numbers.
