  Drove to p.o in Ventura only to get turned away from a piece of mail that had been returned . All bad this letter I never got could of been my million bucks.lol

  I have been waiting here for about half hour at least listening to this machine ding incessantly. I can hear other people talking and I cannot access the less than convenient self service machine do the neglect and ignorance of an employee whom didnt know how to follow the flashing red dinking alert to tell them when they opened the kiosk they did not close it correctly or that they left it open completely because the machine is not even shut all the way so now it’s useless . Hearing employees in the back I’ve made multiple attempts to alert them a to their mistake so that they may fix it but every time I speak loudly to get there attention explaining what the issue is everyone goes silent. How they’re all oblivious to the very loud consistent alarm on the self service machine dinging for at least an hour that I’ve been here who knows how long beforehand. This post office is a joke if you can’t open and close something as simple as this machine , and it spells it out right on the screen you must open and unlock the bottom door first Then fully opened both doors to access the top hatch area and I don’t think it’s rocket science that then you need to close the machine completely . You’ll know the job is done when the machine is shut all the way and not alarming you that you have made a mistake and unfortunately, you need a key to fix this thing clearly nobody wants to take responsibility for this ridiculous problem. I guess that they all ignore it then it didn’t really happen well now it has. This is the worst post office , rather than be greeted with rudeness , which I’d have preferred if it fixed the problem. The individuals working… (June 22nd 2026 after the lobby closed,) or let me put it more accurately… hiding ! behind a wall of PO Boxes and hiding from their responsibility . If you can’t open an Close this machine, how good a job are you really doing sorting the mail if you’re oblivious to multiple people coming in and this machine still alarming blaring through the lobby

  Came here once and it was so awkward. The workers were arguing with each other and I felt the intensity between them. It was busy. The way they treated one another was not professional and should not be acting like that in front of the customers. I felt bad for some of the workers getting treated bad buy an older man who seemed like the lead of the site.
