- PYPedro YribarrenOct 7, 20261.0Dude's always in a bad mood. He drops your boxes on the ground right in front of you and just doesn't care. I offered to carry the boxes myself, and he preferred to keep dropping them. He also refuses to scan your packages when you have prepaid labels, even when nobody is in line. I've been to every other UPS Store in Ventura, and this is by far the worst.

- RMrick moraJul 23, 20261.0If you have a prepaid Amazon return do not use this store! This store always tries to charge me shipping. The clerk even told me to just pay and ask amazon to reimburse me for shipping cost. Always leave and go to another store and they confirm it is a no cost return.
