  Store hours are posted they close at 6pm. Employees were locking the front door and leaving just after 5:30pm. I drove across town to this store in particular as it advertised a 6pm closing. Update your hours online. This is bad business.

  This is my preferred place to return things from Amazon. It’s super easy, I don’t even need packaging most of the time. The owner there is really quick and helpful. I’m in and out of there lickety split 💕

  I’ve been going to this UPS store for years. To everyone making disgruntled comments because the store was closed when you went, please remember this store is run by one person. A couple times a year when things are very busy, he will have a helper, but most of the time it’s just him there all day, everyday. If he gets sick, if he has car trouble, if he is dealing with a family emergency, there’s no one to fill in for him. He can’t call out. So yes sometimes he has to close and the only way to let people know is a sign on the door. You don’t know what’s going on in someone’s life or what they are going through, and if you did you probably wouldn’t be so quick to judge. Have some grace and remember he’s human too.

  This is the BEST UPS store I have ever been to! Don is incredible. An absolute pleasure to do business here!
