  I should have got his name- I was too frantic to ask. But whoever closed on Wednesday August 12th is my godsend. Needed emergency copies made for an 8am meeting and had one issue after another trying to get my computer to send the files to print. I experienced such kindness, customer services and care from this older gentleman that closed that night. He wasn’t rushing me at 7:55pm to get out like he could have and even got me a box for all my copies so I didn’t have to run out the door with 500 copies. These little moments of extended grace really matter and I just wanted to share this thank you publicly as folks are very quick to publicly complain but we aren’t always as quick for public gratitude. Thank you!!! Next time in town I will be back!

  The staff is super helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb when I undoubtedly asked some dumb questions. Appreciate that I have a smooth experience every time.

  FedEx is great for shipping, but terrible if you want to make a copy or two! I needed two copies to be printed from an email I had just received in black and white for a court case in L.A. in two hours I told (Justin?). He gave me a choice he could make the 2 copies for me at $5 ea or I could go to the computer. I went to the computer, looked up the email I had just received and tried to make two copies. Something went wrong. I knocked on the glass trying to get his attention and said excuse me,, I think his name was Justin (wish I could remember). He saw me and walked right by, ignoring me. I had put $5 credit on computer. I had 15 seconds left and wasn't able to send to printer. I was panicked. I went back to the front desk and a lady helped me this time. I explained the situation. She told me the computers wouldn't let me add money. I had to do it upfront. She offered to make the copies for me for no extra charge. I thanked her. I asked for bothe her name so I could give a compliment and asked for the guy's name so I could let others know not to go to him if they wanted any kind of descent service, but I can't find either name.
