A somewhat old man attended me on Saturday, July 11, 2026 around 11:00am in the Amazon Returns area. I don't know if it was because he saw me coming with about 10 packages or, by the way he saw me from my face to my shoes, because of my appearance, but the treatment I received was horrible. I respectfully said good morning to him and he looked me in the eye again while I broke the bags in which I had packed the product. I hope Amazon manages to return my money in full since I reported that they were in their original packaging. In the middle of the scan, he simply without telling me a word, moved to another cashier box to very kindly serve a customer who seemed to be frequent, which does not bother me, because the customer only had one item to buy. I kindly asked him if he wanted me to take the other products out of the bags to save him time, however silence was his answer. In the end I thanked him kindly and he just took a walk and left. I hope you can confirm all that through the cameras and don't keep losing customers like you did with my entire family and friends. I did the report with Staples Regional, if I don't receive any answer, I am very happy to escalate to Sycamore Partners.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Staples. If I can support a store in person that will always be my first choice. As long as they have what I need in stock. Luckily they had exactly what I came in for. The store was very clean. The staff, very professional and courteous. And I was very happy and pleasantly surprised that Party City is now inside of Staples. At least at the Venice CA store. I will for sure now be frequenting it much more, purchasing great balloons to take in hand. Yay!
