- MGMNG G3 days ago1.0Front desk person doesn’t know how to communicate in a prudent way. Disrespectful and has guts to say words to customer who came in waited for 3.5hrs with child in a disrespectful manner. She has to tune her voice in a respectful way. We are all educated people, we are all busy, and we have things in life also that are unpredictable but if we work with people and serving community. It’s part of our job to communicate well specially if the customer are polite.

- EMElonzo MontanoApr 21, 20261.0I sent out multiple packages for my Business on April 7th and 1 of the packages I sent still has yet to be delivered to my customer , and all USPS says is that they apologize and that I have to take it up with claims but since the standard insurance is only $100 .. my package won’t be insured or replaced 😔 definitely gonna start using a different mail place
