The staff told them that they don’t provide that service at this location. When I came inside the salon, I saw these chairs with a sign advertising the service. It’s very frustrating and disappointing that they refused to provide a service that people clearly needed.

Disrespectful and has guts to say words to customer who came in waited for 3.5hrs with child in a disrespectful manner. She has to tune her voice in a respectful way. We are all educated people, we are all busy, and we have things in life also that are unpredictable but if we work with people and serving community. It’s part of our job to communicate well specially if the customer are polite.
