The store owner, 800 Customer service# , Van Nuys main location all explained they were not responsible for losing my package.

During rush hours, the line can be long, but customer service is amazing. Employees here are super friendly and work efficiently. This is the only UPS I go to these days.

He even said he wished he would hire him for his company and wish he had guys like him. We were greeted by a one man show! He was fast and accurate, friendly and professional, the example of a perfect representative providing extraordinary customer service. There was even a line and he knocked it out of the park while still communicating with pick up drivers coming in and he still was engage with our needs we came in for. He definitely deserves a shoutout.
