I had documents and usps ground advantage was available, however, that is not the correct service. I was told to go to a post office to pay the difference in price at a USPS. The worker didnt know how to and wanted to recharge full price. Being told by usps to go to usps and then having usps tell you sorry cant help.

Also even when the line is long, the post office lady (the chatty one w/ braids) still has time to make jokes and act like she is in leisure time, not at the job. The postal service (should) requires some profesionalism. Post office is a national institution, not just a corner shop ruined by a lazy cousin.
