- LWLew Wood4 days ago1.0they are incompetent, rude, arrogant, ignorant and uncaring. received a certified letter, was not home so received a notice. went same day to pick up. had already been sent back in one day not the 15 days required to be held. Supervisor says oh well not our (USPS) problem. didn't ask if they could call sender, take any action-just our problem. Not to mention lines out the door, one clerk at desk and laughing and party behind the counter walls - too much fun during work hours to help those who pay the salaries. .

I had documents and usps ground advantage was available, however, that is not the correct service. I was told to go to a post office to pay the difference in price at a USPS. The worker didnt know how to and wanted to recharge full price. Being told by usps to go to usps and then having usps tell you sorry cant help.
