  This store has a dangerous employee working there. Yesterday I came in the store to acquire a fedex envelope for a package I had already printed labels for shipping and return shipping. The employee (white male 30’s) was trying to insist I give him my package to be inserted in the fed ex envelope. I simply told him no, I wanted to do it myself. I didn’t want some random employee sifting through the things I was packaging to be mailed. The moment I said no, his attitude changed as if I personally insulted him. After that, he stood by and watched me struggle to find where to insert the label on the outside bubble. I actually had to tear the bubble to figure out there was a split in the middle was at to insert the pre printed labels. I had to go back up to the counter and request another envelope. A different employee handed me a new one. I put the label where it goes but I had a bad feeling because it didn’t seem secure the bubble didn’t seem to have a way to close around the printed label. I felt really uncomfortable with this employee just standing back watching me the whole time, so I took the envelope and put it in the delivery box and left the store. Sure enough I’ve got problems today. My package didn’t ship, in fact it was never scanned in. This employee has demonstrated a Machiavellian personality and is toxic to anyone he comes in contact with. And will deliberately blank you up for the sheer joy of stirring trouble. FedEx needs to get rid of this guy. He will chase all good talent away and make this FedEx store lose clients.

  VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I visited this FedEx in Vallejo Admiral Callahan simply to print an email from my IPhone. I’m 70 yrs old and not comportable with technology. Instead of receiving patience and assistance, I was treated with lack of courtesy. I politely ask for assistance, this female Asian employee made me feel unwelcome and one of the worst experience customer service I have had.

  So my printer scanner and fax aren't working so I came over to FedEx. I'm so glad that I did. It was so easy, mainly because the people here are so helpful and friendly. They don't make you feel stupid for not knowing how to use something. They jump right in and are eager to help. I want to send a special thanks to Tiffany and Makayla. They gave best customer service I've had in a long time. Tiffany walked me through exactly how to use their scanner and fax. Michaela took the time to find all of my receipts and print them out for me so that I can get reimbursed by the company that I'm working with. Faxes are not cheap LOL. I won't hesitate to come here again if needed.
