  I had a very frustrating experience with the self-service printing at this FedEx location. I used one of the prepaid computers, which prompted me to load $5, $10, or $15. I chose $5 because I only needed to print a PDF in color. I logged into my Gmail, opened the file, and selected print. The print settings were initially not showing what I needed, so I asked an employee for help with printing in color. Instead of coming over to assist, she called instructions to me from behind the counter and told me to “scroll down and you’ll see it.” That information was not accurate, and I still had to figure it out myself. Once I finally found the correct setting and tried to print, the computer and printer did not seem to be connecting. I asked for help again and was told the printout would come from a different printer. I went to the printer she pointed out, but nothing came out. When I asked again, she finally came over, but by then the computer had logged me out. She then asked me to email the PDF to the store. I sent it, but they repeatedly told me the email was not arriving. I even asked them to verify that I had the correct email address, and they confirmed that I did. I waited around 10 more minutes, but no one followed up with me. Instead, they continued helping other customers and basically ignored the issue. What bothered me most was the lack of effort. When I first asked for help, the store was not busy. This probably would have taken less than five minutes if someone had simply come over and helped me from the beginning. Instead, I spent time loading money onto the computer, trying to troubleshoot the printer, emailing the file, and waiting, only to leave without getting the documents printed. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping with a simple printing problem. The customer service was extremely disappointing.

  Used kiosk to scan an item I was shipping, dropped in drop box and printed receipt. Quick and easy.

  My wife bought some on-line clothing patterns and FedEx was able to print them full scale on their huge printer. Staff was professional and friendly.

  Needed a poster for our kiddos soccer team and they were able to make it happen asap. The team is friendly and helpful. Makayla & Kris are amazing and very knowledgeable!

  This store has a dangerous employee working there. Yesterday I came in the store to acquire a fedex envelope for a package I had already printed labels for shipping and return shipping. The employee (white male 30’s) was trying to insist I give him my package to be inserted in the fed ex envelope. I simply told him no, I wanted to do it myself. I didn’t want some random employee sifting through the things I was packaging to be mailed. The moment I said no, his attitude changed as if I personally insulted him. After that, he stood by and watched me struggle to find where to insert the label on the outside bubble. I actually had to tear the bubble to figure out there was a split in the middle was at to insert the pre printed labels. I had to go back up to the counter and request another envelope. A different employee handed me a new one. I put the label where it goes but I had a bad feeling because it didn’t seem secure the bubble didn’t seem to have a way to close around the printed label. I felt really uncomfortable with this employee just standing back watching me the whole time, so I took the envelope and put it in the delivery box and left the store. Sure enough I’ve got problems today. My package didn’t ship, in fact it was never scanned in. This employee has demonstrated a Machiavellian personality and is toxic to anyone he comes in contact with. And will deliberately blank you up for the sheer joy of stirring trouble. FedEx needs to get rid of this guy. He will chase all good talent away and make this FedEx store lose clients.
