  Take your business somewhere else, you can return your Amazon packages to Wholefoods or Kohl's with no problem and no lines. And you can have packages shipped by FedEx or UPS store on Copper Hill Dr in same shopping center as Albertson's grocery store or UPS store on Bouquet Canyon Rd. If you don't have a chance but to use this store wait until the mature Caucasian lady is available. The young guy with brown blonde dyed hair put the wrong address on the label and said he would correct, the lines were outside the door by the time he would correct label before shipping. I trusted he would do what he said he would do, but he didn't and my friend 90 years old mom did Not receive package and talked with the manager wasn't helpful, the young guy at counter must have been his son or nephew, because the store manager didn't even listen to what I was saying. Don't bother giving this store your money go to another UPS store or go to FedEx. PS. Check the other reviews and manage reply is same or similar almost every time. Good Luck with package getting to destination if you use this store.

  Stopped in to drop off several Amazon returns and had quite a few large boxes, so I had to make multiple trips inside. I interacted with three different employees, and every one of them was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Really appreciated the great service, thank you!

  I do MOT recommended this particular branch! I called Friday to see if they had a notary available on Saturday and they said yes! I asked what time. I was told 10:30. -5pm. They take a lunch bat 1 pm do don't come then. I said okay. Do I need to make an appointment? No, just walk in they said. I said will they be there the entire shift. The lady said yes. My husband and I arrived at 4:15 with our paperwork needing just two signatures and we were told the notary had already gone home for the day! I said, Why? What? I explained that I called already and so on. The staff person was rude, didn't care, didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything and asked us to leave the store because we questioned him. We didn't raise our voices, we weren't rude... In fact he cut us off. So, we calmly left and said his behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. I called Brian's mobile notary and we had someone at our house in 40 mins! Amazing!! And they were great! Unlike this place. I know things happen but I really wish the staff member hadn't been so rude and uncaring. All he had to say was I am so sorry he should not have left early and here are some options for you since you need these papers notarized. This place will never get any of our business.

  Lady w big ear rings, no name tag and green hair holder treated me as if I was her employee. Tried to rush me and not nice at all. I'll make sure I drive to the next UOS store next time

  This ups doesn't have the self scan package stand where you get confirmations that you dropped off the packages. Instead you have to use the counter and they use an additional tag instead of the bar code on your packages. Today I had a UPS Air and UPS ground and they only gave me 1 receipt for ground and said both are on that. Looked online and none of my packages have been scanned but according to they were picked up and they're on a truck...and should see them updated in the morning. So basically I have no way to price now that I dropped off two insured packages at their store. The girl just brushed me off when I questioned the receipt and said it was scanned. Never coming back to this store. Using any other UPS store from now on.
