- MMMKJul 20, 20261.0I was there at 2:40pm, Mon, July20, 2026, a guy was having an issue and he was spending a lot of time, Sue was helping him, and she didn't call for another associate to help her, after 10 minutes, a big guy came to help, he did only two transactions and left back to the back house, a lot of ppl approximately 10 ppl were waiting, wome of them outside, and no help was provided unitl 2:56pm, that was frustrating, next time please call for other associates to help.
- CWChristopher WallMay 4, 20261.0Had my pregnant wife in the car this USPS driver was hitting 80 mph on i-505 had his brights on to speed around us, then gets off at Mason and Depot and proceeds to hit 45 mph all the way through town in the rain, no need for such reckless driving in the rain. Also no license plate on vehicle so no way to identify besides the number on the back being 3339045. Hope this guy isn't allowed to represent your business like this

- JMJoyce MitchellDec 30, 20181.0Very rude female clerks. They are nice to customers whom are clearly regulars or friends. Recently, the brunette changed her demeanor when she helped me immediately after taking her time with a male customer before me. It was social hour for him, and all business for me. I have complained about this woman, and the blonde (Paula) to the head person at Pairie court ...in the past; a letter was encouraged to be written - but he wasn’t encouraging that much could be done. He shared he gets lots of complaints about them. I miss Bob - he was great. I think he’s either retired or at Pairie Court. And on more than one occasion it wrong mail. Most recently, I paid my P.O. Box rental by mail and it ended up in my mailbox - check still in there...the man (who was very nice) couldn’t give me a reason it was in my box rather than opened. So this was a few days before Christmas. Stood in line-luckily it was short. I was not confident in putting in the slot ... risk a late fee or ending up in my box again. If I need to see a clerk, I go to Pairie court where the service is much better. But since I work downtown, Cernon is more convenient most of the time. I am sure it’s not a fun job - but customer service is still appreciated.
