- VTVivien TayJun 5, 20261.0I never wished to post negative reviews but this is an exception because I kept believing that the experiences I'd must only improve, it can't get worse. I was wrong! Been a resident in Upland for close to 8 years having moved from La Verne. USPS at La Verne and Upland are so vastly different. How? They staff their counter to cater to the demands of the residents. Here in Upland, many a times there's only one staff to a line of 12 people or more waiting and it's embarrassing! Very poor management and shortage of staff to meet the needs of Upland residents.
