I was making an Amazon return and the worker scanned my code and smugly told me it would be $2 since YOU didn’t provide a sealed box. I’m not sure how to adequately describe it here but it was smug, robotic, and sarcastic all at the time with a side of belittling. If I ran a business I would not hire an employee like this. I will not be coming to this UPS store again and will take my business elsewhere so I am not greeted by someone that thinks they are being polite in the words they are saying but has no idea that the way they deliver them is flat out rude and doesn’t make people want to come back.

A mailing envelope is less by a dollar across the street at Fed Ex and there’s a $3 charge to leave a small package for the postal service. The space is dim and dirty. They are independently owned so go elsewhere.
