- KKKeanJun 30, 20261.0I booked my notary appointment through the official UPS online scheduling system and arranged my day accordingly, including taking time off work to ensure I arrived on time. Upon arriving at the store, I was informed by the front desk representative, Jocelyn, that the notary had “left for the day.” When I asked why the notary would leave despite my confirmed appointment, I was told that the store “does not handle the online scheduling.” This explanation is both illogical and unacceptable, given that UPS promotes online scheduling as an official service. The representative then suggested that I “look for another notary service,” demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. This response not only wasted my time and caused personal inconvenience, but it also reflects poorly on the UPS brand and its commitment to reliable service. HORRIBLE customer service! Worst UPS location! I will never go to this location better go to Foothill location!

I was moving a month back and could not find my box of pictures and magnets. Many keepsakes. I left him my phone number and he called me before I could get out of the driveway. He found them! Thankful for people like Luke!
