  I highly recommend this UPS Store. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service, especially Esther. She was very helpful!

  4lb return package, I asked cheapest options as I’m not in a hurry, they said slowest/cheapest is using usps ground and quote me almost $100. Anyone with brain will not think it reasonable and I confirmed a few times just in case I over heard 19 as 90…. then I go to usps, same shit same date, cost only $26, someone really need to fix this place.

  Two extensive place, i do not to recommend anybody should go there for live. Scan service they charge me 94 dollars that is ridiculous, all other plays. They charge only 65 $ how come they're running like a rip of operation. In fact, then I went into the store, I asked the girl there. How much going to cost me? she said, I cannot tell you because price that is completely dishonest and dodgy.

  WORST EXPERIENCE WITH US PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICE Very disappointing experience with the U.S. passport photo service at this UPS Store. The photo I received was not acceptable, and the customer service throughout the refund process has been extremely frustrating. I have visited the store four times regarding this issue. On two of those visits, I was told that the manager was not available and that only the manager could process the refund. On another visit, the manager was there, but I was made to wait approximately 30 minutes before she addressed the issue. She then told me that processing the refund would take another 20 minutes. I explained that I could not wait that long, so she took my phone number and assured me that the refund would be processed shortly and that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I never received the promised call or follow-up. After four visits, this is simply unacceptable customer service. If a manager gives a customer their word that they will follow up, that commitment should be honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for U.S. passport photos. The photo quality was an issue, but the lack of communication, repeated trips, and failure to follow through on the refund made the experience even worse.
