  The people here are very rude. If you forgot to tape your package, they charge you 7 dollars for taping. And if you need to print your labels, that’s an extra 5 dollars

  This is my Local UPS store, they always have a smile on their face and are happy to help with my shipping needs. Today I needed a live scan fingerprinting for a background check and was happy to see they were on the list of local providers. I was able to walk right in and the whole process took about 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after 4–5 experiences at this UPS Store, I feel I need to share my honest feedback. There is a shorter Chinese lady who has been consistently rude and unhelpful every time I’ve dealt with her. On several occasions, I’ve had to return 3 or 4 times just to get my work completed correctly, which has been extremely frustrating. Instead of helping customers, she often comes across as impatient and dismissive. On the other hand, there is a gentleman who works there who always goes above and beyond to help customers. He is friendly, professional, and makes the experience much easier. The difference in customer service between these two employees is huge. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Good customer service matters, and repeated negative interactions with the same employee can drive customers away. I sincerely hope improvements are made.
