Middle age lady (Gloria) at this location is extremly rude and does not have any responsibility. She sent my important scanned documents to incorrect email id and didnot even apologise. Further, I also asked her to copy few other documents and the way she has done those copies that details like QR code are not clear in the copy. When I asked her about it she said it is what is it. Now all those copies are useless as I cannot use them. I took similar copy few weeks ago where another young lady helped me with similar document and she was able to copy it with QR code correctly visible so clearly this lady does not even have courtesy to help customers. I have found all other employees at this location extremely helpeful always and I have done ton of copies and scans at this location but I have always found the behavior of this specific lady is extremly rude.

Poor, had a package to return for Amazon, pre-paid QR code provided. Got a sourpuss clerk giving me grief because the box wasn't big enough (it was the same box that Amazon delivered; and yes, the QR code said customer packed and it was packed back in the same box Amazon sent), and they couldn't figure out where to stick the label, and wanted to know why my name wasn't on the box. Such a pleasant experience, not! Further to the store's response. First, try having your people pretend that they are happy to help a customer, and perhaps even explain what the problem is. Second, perhaps you need to sort this out with Amazon and have them include this in their instructions. I expect that had the package been delivered to your specifications then there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I don't mind owning the problem if it was mine to start with, I do mind having a business making me own a problem that they created.

I visited this UPS Store for a Live Scan around 10 a.m. on June 20. The young man who helped me was amazing. He was kind, professional, and very eager to help. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate his help and hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you!
