We were confused when only one guy showed up but he was super fast and communicated with us on what he was doing and what we should expect. He cleaned all of the wrapping and left no trace behind when he left. Supper professional and a quick worker!
- RYRick YiJun 16, 20265.0We recently had a cal king memory foam mattress delivered by RXO. The communication was great and scheduling the delivery was easy. The item came in great condition. They gave me a 4 hour window, then gave me a 1.5 hr window for delivery as my 4-hr window began. Prior to today, I’ve had RXO deliver several large screen TVs and in each of those occasions, they were delivered in perfect shape. You know they are careful with your items because the outer box of the items were in great shape. I’ve seen pictures from other carriers where the outer box is mangled. For every delivery, the guys delivering the item were courteous and called me 30 minutes before my delivery.
