  The crew was very efficient and professional. They were on time. They removed the old mattress at no charge. They carefully installed the new mattress.

  Incompetent, unsafe, rude delivery persons. DO NOT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOME. Ordered a mattress through Costco online and RXO was the delivery provider. Originally scheduled date was unexpectedly changed from 7/16/26 to 7/21/26 from 12pm-4pm. Delivery did not come until 7:58pm. 3 delivery personnel arrived in a rental truck. Parked out at the street to avoid backing in due to low clearance. 1 person then hoisted the mattress onto his back and refused help from the other delivery person while the 3rd waited in the truck. Then he walked it halfway to the door obviously struggling and dropped it on the sidewalk. I helped him carry it the rest of the way to avoid damage to my product I had now been waiting weeks for. We placed it in the living room and I told them I was upset, that they dropped my new mattress and that he should have accepted help lifting it instead of failing to do so on his own. They responded "well it is in plastic, so it should be fine." then I refused their "white glove service" to take it upstairs and set everything up to avoid their unsafe practices from attempting to damage anything else in my home. After standing around for several minutes keying something into their delivery app on their device while standing in my living room I had to ask them to leave. To which they sarcastically responded, "you're welcome." It is obvious this delivery service only stays in business due retailers outsourcing their delivery and preventing the consumer from choosing any other competent service.

  Juan and Sergio were amazing. They went above and beyond to deliver my item. They saw I had a bandaged thumb, and did all they could to help! Truly an amazing duo! I told Juan he was San Juan today! Could not have been kinder, more prompt, efficient and helpful. FWIW, they came in the designated window. Notified appropriately ahead. 5 stars all the way!

  We had RXO deliver a bed frame and mattress to our apartment. We were confused when only one guy showed up but he was super fast and communicated with us on what he was doing and what we should expect. He cleaned all of the wrapping and left no trace behind when he left. Supper professional and a quick worker!
