  My mattress was delivered through RXO. They were communicative every step of the way, and I received a text and a phone call before my stop. Once here, the team was speedy, polite, and professional, quickly moving the old mattress out and the new one in. They were in and out within several minutes. Greatly appreciated their help today.

  One of the worst facility to ever come across!! It’s been a frustrating 1 month journey between RXO and Samsung, both combined. We had ordered few appliances from Samsung for our house kitchen renovation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to postpone our delivery date and requested the same from RXO team. The team earlier obliged , but suddenly when we wanted the delivery at our place, they refused stating that the order has been cancelled .. Now we have been trying to get in touch with Samsung and RXO team about the same and none of them are able to help us. We are frustrated for the incompetence shown by RXO because Samsung is not able to track our appliances which are lying in RXO facility. I’m pregant and due anytime soon, and I have no house to stay as my entire renovation has come to a halt because without my appliances , contractors aren’t able to continue with their work .. Every single day I’m paying my contractors $300’for doing nothing literally. If there is a confusion in the system regarding delivery status then atleast RXO team should help us atleast by letting us know that our appliances are still in their warehouse, but delivery status shows change in the system. We just need some help from RXO team and none of them are ready to help us ! And the best part we haven’t got any delivery yet! If the system shows delivery status then we should have signed off the papers after delivery! But none of it is there Just purely frustrated with RXO team.

  The delivery “team“ (driver) was fantastic - friendly, kind, helpful. RXO as a business? TERRIBLE. My first delivery date, I received a nearly unintelligible message around 3 pm from which I finally deciphered that my item was not on the truck, despite a message at 7 am telling me it was on its way with a delivery window of 1-5 pm. I tried to speak to someone at RXO to put a note on the order since I had received a text saying I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to reschedule, the woman with whom I spoke did not respond at all to what I said but continued to repeat that I was not yet able to reschedule. It took SIX days to be permitted to reschedule my delivery which put it 2 weeks from the original date. On that new date, I again got the early morning message that the shipment was on its way, with a delivery window of 2-6 pm. I called around 3 asking how I would get my promised notification that the driver was 30 minutes away, and the woman on the line said she didn’t know, she sounded annoyed and looked it up and told me it was currently due to arrive at 6:33 pm. When I asked if they were going to notify me that the delivery time was going to be outside the window I was given (since I had planned my day around that time window), she merely repeated herself. After 5 pm I finally received a text saying it would arrive between 6:45 and 8:15. Thankfully, I was able to get a neighbor to be at my house, and she received it for me.

  I ordered a Pollywood 48 inch round table and 4 chairs for the backyard. RXO did the white glove delivery and they were excellent. Great communication, arrived on time, the early side of the window. Driver and helper were very polite and respectful of my stuff. They assembled, put it were I wanted it and cleaned up everything. Very quick and professional.
