- SNSandra NowackDec 2, 20251.0Awful service! I have NOT received any of my 3 packages!!! Worked overtime to get these few things for my children. Went to the post office, they argued stating there is no problems with deliveries to Twain Harte. Amazon is investigating the post office now. They also do not take pictures for Amazon which is apart of there contract with them. I want someone to reach out to me!!!!!!!

- LCLucinda CastanedaMay 4, 20252.0For being a tourist town and not a lot of options. It’s pretty bad. Rarely do we get our packages on time and not being open on Saturday is tough. On Friday I went to pick up a really important package and it was closed for an emergency. It opened back up but I had to leave and it was closed at the same time so I had to wait until Monday. I wish they had more hours and they seemed understaffed. I have seen post offices in rural places in SD better than this. If they were at least open a few hours on Saturday morning I could give them more stars or even provide a way for delivery of packages as well. It is just so inconvenient!
