I dropped off two amazon returns items to this UPS store on 3/9/22. These were two amazon returns that UPS are suppose to box and ship, both just show shipping label created, with no activity beyond that. I have not gotten email confirmation from either amazon or UPS and this UPS store gave unhelpful answers just now saying that the "tracking number" that amazon provided was just a reference number, despite it starting with the standard 1Z that UPS tracking numbers use. This has not been my experience at all with the many other returns or shipments I've made through amazon, I can enter the tracking number amazon provided directly into UPS.com and normal tracking activity always shows up, but somehow not for these two items/tracking numbers. UPS corporate also has no information for either shipment to give because it shows they haven't received the packages, despite me having physically dropped the items off at this UPS store location. When I gave these two packages to the worker, I watched them scan my QR codes and put some kind of label on both of them, but now my two items given to this UPS Store somehow are nowhere to be found. UPS has no more information for me stating they don't have the item, Amazon has no more information for me because UPS doesn't have any further information for them, and this UPS store location that I last left my items with, have no information for me.
I want to make mention that another amazon return that I had dropped off that very same day, but I self packaged it, printed my own UPS label, is somehow in the system and showing some activity (supposed to be delivered tomorrow). I even returned another item via USPS, not UPS, that same day, with its tracking number is showing as already been delivered 3/12/22, with full tracking history.
