- JCjulina coronaOct 1, 20265.0I went to UPS Store to return my work laptop. The QR code that IT from my work gave me wasn’t working for the UPS Store representative, her name is Sandy. Sandy could have sent me home with my laptop but she was super patient and asked me to pull up my email from IT to get the reference number. The email didn’t have the information we needed. She didn’t give up. After reading the labels on the box closely, she scanned an older QR code from when it was shipped to me and wallllaaaa that worked. I really needed to return this because I had held on to it for so long. I’m so thankful to her and appreciated her demeanor.

They took time to look for the box (from the mountain of boxes there) and I was able to add in my forgotten item. I really appreciated them for making the effort. Thank you!
