  Mina was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, she understood the urgency of my situation and worked diligently to meet my deadlines. Thanks to her efficiency and commitment, my request was expedited much faster than I expected. I truly appreciate her dedication, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Mina went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend working with her.

  Nina was absolutely horrible. She lied to me about not getting the email. I know for a fact she didn’t even check as she had to go in the back to see. She called 2 people to cut ahead of me in line because she was too lazy to check the print page. HORRIBLE service. NINA WAS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I was being helped by the owner first. Once the owner left for lunch, the 2 faced employee was miserable to the customers. I hope the owner checks the cameras and sees the shift in attitude when the boss isn’t around!

  Top-notch customer service! The care and consideration the team at this UPS store gives to their customers is phenomenal. I do a ton of returns from Amazon and other sources, and this is my one-stop shop, they are helpful and even have printing services if you forgot your label! They never make you feel rushed or like you are an inconvenience! Thank you to Payman and Team for helping me today 10 minutes to close on a Sunday!

  1000/10!! Owned by a husband and wife who are unbelievably nice caring and genuine. I went to Copy some cards as well as to ship out some cards and it ended up being so much work than I anticipated but both the husband and the wife were extremely kind and patient with me. Can’t believe the treatment that I got there!! They absolutely made my day! I would recommend the store to anyone!

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store, even though I came in close to closing time. Mina took care of everything for me, Elnaz the manager was very kind and helpful, and Radin did an amazing job with the packing. They were all patient, positive, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Amazing service and great people.
