  I am 72 years old and have had AT&T service for many years. When I decided to switch to another company for my Internet, I had to return their equipment. I visited the UPS store on Geer Rd in Turlock where one employee tried twice to enter my account number which had never changed. My name and Account numbercould not bring up my account in order to return the equipment. Taran did another check and he too, could not pull up my account. He then started looking at different fields on the computer and started switching my name in different arrangements until he could pull up my account and finally assured me that my equipment would be a returned. This is a big deal to me because I just had an operation and getting around is really difficult for me so multiple trips back-and-forth would’ve been cumbersome. I want to thank Taran for taking the extra step to assure me that I would not be frustrated and my equipment would in fact make its way back to AT&T, so I didn’t get charged extra. I hope he passes his technique on to other employees who could use it as a real learning tool to help those of us who are in difficult positions. Thank you TARAN.

  I really like this UPS store! The staff is always very helpful with any issue and taking care of returns is quick and easy. Everyone is friendly. Thank you for being so easy and convenient!

  I got off late from work last Friday and I had 10 minutes to get to the store (which would have been closed by then). I called and the owner answered, I told her I was coming from work and wanted to know if I’d make it. She told me to come on down and she would wait for me to get there. She waited! So glad, I was able to get my packages I needed and mail. Definitely recommend this store. The customer service is amazing.

  I had a great experience today thanks to Roci. She helped me with my shipment and took the time to explain everything step by step, making the entire process easy to understand. She clearly went over the shipping procedure, including the differences in insurance options and the benefits of each, which I really appreciated Roci was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire interaction. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she made me feel confident about my shipment. I highly recommend her for anyone needing assistance she provides excellent service!

  I recently went to a UPS Store on Geer Road in Turlock. The person who helped me had excellent customer service skills. She was extremely helpful and kind. You just don’t see that level of customer service often these days. I asked her name and she said it was Rosie. Bottom line is, she deserves a raise!
