In need of a better system. Taking Amazon returns at all registers and making customers wait to make purchases is a joke.

I never do online reviews. I usually try to speak with a manager at a store and let them know immediately if I've had a good experience with an employee. However, I recently visited Staples to ask some questions about something I am going to be having printed and was helped by Joseph. The print area was really busy and I was impressed with how well he was handling all of the customers and what sounded like very detailed requests. Him and another employee were dealing with the line, phones ringing , directing people to where they could do Amazon returns (which I didn't even know you could do there) and then had to direct a UPS driver coming for some sort of pickup. As a customer watching it seemed like it would be incredibly overwhelming but they had really pleasant attitudes and continued to be super helpful. Joseph was very knowledgeable, seems to like his job and provided amazing customer service! It is becoming harder and harder to find stores where good customer service is still important and clearly that remains a focus with your employees. I asked to speak to a manager to let them know how impressed I was and spoke to the manager Mikayla. She was really nice and helpful too. I asked her to tell whoever she needed to tell about my experience with Joseph and she mentioned that online reviews were a great way to let staples know. So thought I'd give it a shot...hope the higher ups see this. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Staples thanks to Mikayla! She was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to make sure I got the help I needed and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I have never been to this location and was amazed at how much the store has to offer! She explained all the services and even helped me score some goodies from the special bins in the back! Employees like Mikayla really make a difference. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Will be coming back.

I would like to write a review specifically for Stephanie. Yesterday I came in to get some help for my wedding invitations and several other printouts for it. She was the one to help me, but then she had to go to lunch. Instead of going to lunch, she stayed to make sure that everything that I needed was secured. I would say I spent an extra 45 minutes with her just going over the printout sizes. She went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciated her help. She was the only woman working that day and I’m so glad that she was helping me with my printouts because she wanted to make sure I was happy at the end. She even went out of her way the next day to give me a call to ask what time I plan on coming because she was going to take her lunch soon . I told her I would be back after her lunch to pick them up. When I got here, she laid out all of the different sizes to the invitation and staggered them in a way where she thought would look nice. They were perfect. She deserves to be recognized for how much she helped me. Thank you again and I truly appreciate it!
