  Pretty good place to get your prints done quickly. Clean and neat, however there is a girl there who works here with a horrible attitude. Would give a 5 star but she ruined it.

  I stopped by this morning. There were two employees. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. I could go into detail about my visit but to put it short the employee who helped me seemed to be unhappy to even be there and it came across as though I was a inconvenience to even help. The entire interaction was borderline rude.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I waited at the printer area for at least five minutes trying to get assistance. I called for help, tried to get an employee’s attention, and even waved, but I was completely ignored. When I finally got the employee’s attention and tried to ask for help, she simply said, “Go stand over there. I’m coming,” in a rude and dismissive tone. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that I had been waiting, and no effort to provide good customer service. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers should at least be acknowledged and treated with respect. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have made all the difference. I hope this location improves its customer service because no customer should feel ignored.
