  Very disappointed with the customer service at this FedEx location. The assistant manager, Priscilla, was rude and gave us incorrect information while we were trying to get something laminated. She also made a comment about the additional $3 charge in a way that made us feel as though we couldn’t afford it. As an assistant manager, better communication and customer service should be expected. Priscilla, please work on treating every customer with respect regardless of what you assume they can or cannot afford. Believe me, the extra $3 was never the issue—the way we were treated was. I give Maria my 5 stars. She apologized for someone else’s behavior and provided the simple explanation to our service with kindness and compassion. The assistant manager should be Maria and not Priscilla

  Very nice Fed Ex Store. I dont have alot of good experiences with FedEx. Right when I walked in, a lady walked out to help me at the do it yourself kiosk. She did it all for me and even taped up my bag for me. I brought tape in to do it, and she insisted on doing it for me. So I woukd say great customer service here and there is quite a bit of free parking.

  Pretty good place to get your prints done quickly. Clean and neat, however there is a girl there who works here with a horrible attitude. Would give a 5 star but she ruined it.

  I stopped by this morning. There were two employees. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. I could go into detail about my visit but to put it short the employee who helped me seemed to be unhappy to even be there and it came across as though I was a inconvenience to even help. The entire interaction was borderline rude.
