Ever since Covid-19 in 2020, Postal Workers have been absolutely swamped. There have been several areas of American society that haven't fully recovered since, including Mail Service. I know everyone is out of their mind hearing that all the time, but the worker shortage is going to last a while. The economy sucks, younger people have jobs online, and older generations are retiring. I've lived here for 5 years an have only had an issue changing my PO box. This is a great place to receive mail, and I appreciate that awesome lady in the mailroom.
