- JWJason WilliamsSep 13, 20261.0Be aware! This office steals items. Before when they stolen money from our kids birthday cards they would put in bag like its been damaged. We sent off a envelope with a magnet of made fridge magnet with pops picture on it. This time they probably thought was a gift card so they opened and taped it back up with no magnet. Multiple times we got stuff stolen. We narrowed it down to Tulare facility.
