I have never been called back. If you do not FORCE them to do what you need while you are in the office, they will never solve anything for you. They are more concerned with getting rid of you than helping you. Even thinking about going to the post office makes me angry.

They throw packages from their trucks into snow banks where the plows come. They smash boxes that clearly don’t fit into peoples mailboxes or just chuck it somewhere while slowing but not stopping. They’re pathetic. Infuriatingly pathetic
