- PMPatrick McGowanMay 30, 20261.0Multiple times I have been into the Truckee post office (including today) with an issue and have had my information taken down and promised i would be called back. I have never been called back. If you do not FORCE them to do what you need while you are in the office, they will never solve anything for you. They are more concerned with getting rid of you than helping you. Even thinking about going to the post office makes me angry.

They not only don’t care about delivering packages but they are awful when you suggest that they deliver your package as requested. The attendant accused me of cursing at her, which never happened. Get a grip.
- ABAlejandra BellJan 8, 20261.0Bad experience they literally said my package was delivered and in the locker and I went and checked there wasn't there. When I talked to people that work there they said they haven't finished sorting all the items yet, so why would they marked as a delivered in the locker it doesn't make sense. I drove 40 mins to get there and didn't get my package. They need to be more precise about things getting delivered and not make people waste their times
