- KVKim VuJun 26, 20262.0Always appear to be understaffed. Counter staff is helpful and polite but clearly drowning. Whether this is a staffing issue or management issue, there are more efficient ways to operate. Durinh peak vusiness times, having a team member available to assist clients with correct packaging/labeling in the lobby would help decrease the wait time. This is not a one off experience. More times than not, wait times are beyond reasonable.

When I came in to ask if they were holding it for whatever reason, they kept cutting me off and saying that they couldn’t help me. How can you help me if you won’t even let me finish talking? I did not want to argue in public but it gets to a point when “customer service” keeps interrupting me. Is it that easy to get a job here?
