Self service is the best way to go, although the machine sometimes is slow. Customer service is painstakingly slow. Usually, people either get irritable or frustrated over the wait.

I brought in my passport as a second proof of identity, which the Acceptable Forms of Identification article states will be accepted as a secondary form of identification, and the clerk still refused to confirm my change of address.
