And oh BTW they still show up on search results for USPS drop off point and yet they refuse to take USPS packages now. Claim they have stopped taking them for a while. Well, check the internet too, bro. And ensure you do NOT show up there. Waste of everyone’s time. Pathetic place!
- NNNancyOct 7, 20261.0Terrible service. I went to return an Amazon item, and it turned out I needed to bring a box, so I told to the employee that I would come back another time. The employee a woman told me she had already printed the label and therefore I had to pay about 4 dollars no matter what. She forced me to pay it, and like a fool, I gave in. But the truth is I shouldn't have, and I realized it later. She should have checked beforehand that a box was needed and asked if I agreed to pay for it or come back another time. It's not my problem if she accidentally printed the label without warning me. I went to my car to get my purse and left the item with her. When I came back, she had already put it away... and I didn't even check if she actually stored it or not. I'll wait until it arrives at Amazon to see if she really put it inside the box. Another time I went and there was an old guy..well that guy is very rude...so this is my last time with you guys. You live from costumer, so be nice, polite and RESPONSABLE. You are not given us a favor; you are given us a SERVICE. No need to tell me Oh we are sorry and bla bla bla bla...DO SOMETHING! Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.
