  Very disappointed! 0 rating for Rajpreet Basra. I visited The UPS Store on 11th Street, Tracy, for a simple notarization of a single document, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member assisting me, Rajpreet Basra, appeared preoccupied with other tasks, including incorrectly labeling parcels, even though a colleague had already informed her that I was waiting for notary assistance. Despite being asked multiple times, she did not attend to me for about 15 minutes. When she finally assisted me, she initially wrote my name incorrectly even after looking from my DL. When I politely asked for a correction, there was no apology. Instead, I was asked unrelated personal questions. She also entered my phone number incorrectly and stated that it was “not required for governmental purposes” and that I should “just pay.” Overall, I felt the service was unprofessional and dismissive. I waited nearly 35 minutes in total, which caused me to be late for work. I remained patient throughout, but the lack of attention and care made the experience very frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. If zero stars were possible, I would have chosen that option.

  I have a physical disability and it was difficult enough to carry my package into the store to return it and then they tell me they can't take one of my returns because it wasn't in a box even though Amazon told me it was fine and then the old female worker with glasses who had an attitude expected me to carry my other return over to their pile in the back and I said no. I will let you do your job and I walked out

  This is the first time I’ve ever had a good experience with the UPS store. Any location. This is my first time at this one and the girl working here at 11:40 AM. February 7, just got this place five stars

  Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The service is extremely slow, and it feels like no one is in a hurry to help customers. I waited a long time, and the staff moved very slowly compared to other UPS stores I’ve visited. This is the first UPS Store in the Tracy area where I’ve experienced such poor and slow service. Management should consider hiring more staff or employees who can work faster and value customers’ time.
