  The older blonde woman was very unprofessional. She kicked multiple people out of the store while they were still in line to return items. I understand that there is a closing time, but there were only four people left in line, and many of us had already been waiting for about 25 minutes because the store was understaffed. It would have been courteous to finish helping the customers who were already in line before closing.

  20 plus person line for both check out and Amazon return with one person doing it all it seems. Do not come here for anything its a waste of time.

  The store seems to be under staffed when I was there. Not enough items to choose from. They weren't that helpful.

  Horrible experience on Sunday at 2:00 PM. There was only one cashier working, and despite being first in line, I waited over 20 minutes just to be helped. At least four customers behind me eventually gave up and left because the wait was so ridiculous. After an unreasonably long time, the cashier finally called someone else over to help. The young employee who came over was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack even the most basic customer service skills. Overall, this store is clearly poorly managed and completely unprepared to handle customers in a timely or respectful manner. I give it the lowest rating possible and strongly encourage anyone needing office supplies to save themselves the frustration, skip this location entirely, and shop somewhere else.
