- AEA ElSep 22, 20261.0One of the most horrible experiences. Use ANY other form of delivery, I called Tracy/Stockton DHL multiple times regarding my 1,200$ package not being delivered on the labeled date. They falsely accused me of making adjustments to delivery options causing delay. They told me it would come next day and it still did not! Now they are telling the 3rd day by 11:59pm…. Which would almost be day 4 on top of the 7 days I’ve already waited. Missed 2 days of work waiting for a package “w/ signature” that they never came with Also Charged me 2 delivery fees totaling 200$ I will never use DHL again, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. Customer Service was a whole other level of issues. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with delivery, and I constantly get deliveries daily so I understand the process and “what ifs” I prepared correctly.
