- YLYoung LeeJun 23, 20261.0This is hands down the worst USPS office I’ve ever been to. The staff here have terrible attitudes and are incredibly rude. On top of that, their service is completely incompetent—they actually claimed that Priority Mail doesn't come with a tracking number and refused to give me one. Absolutely ridiculous.

- MGMelissa GJun 4, 20261.0I just found out from the USPS office on PCH and Anza the reason that this post office was charging me so much for an envelope. Apparently if you label an 9 by 11 envelope in portrait direction it's considered a package. But if you have an envelope and you label it in landscape direction, it's considered an envelope. I had been paying over $5 more because of the way the label was on the envelope and no one ever explained it until today. I've been doing it the other way for years!!! That's pretty rude of the people at the mall post office!

I went there to purchase tracking for some envelopes and when finished, my envelopes were left on the counter for anyone to take while another customer was being helped. I was so confused I asked if it was my job to put them away. When the worker there said they were fine where they were I was flabbergasted. These were not birthday cards—the other worker said he would take them. It’s the first time walking out of a post office feeling like my mail wasn’t being safely handled.
