- BEBre E.Sep 22, 20262.0Such a small building. Still don't know why they won't add a kiosk for drop-offs. They take forever to do scans or most times, they don't even bother. I like that it's close by, but you're better off going to the one at Del Amo Mall.
- KKkeenSep 9, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. I have repeatedly dealt with an employee named Nancy, and unfortunately, she consistently has a rude and unwelcoming attitude. On multiple occasions, she has refused to provide me with a receipt and has complained that generating one is “taking too much of her time.” I am simply asking for a receipt for a transaction I completed at the post office, something that should not be treated as an unreasonable request. What makes this especially frustrating is that this has happened more than once. Customers should not feel like they are bothering an employee just by asking for basic documentation of their transactions.I hope management addresses this situation because this kind of attitude creates a very unpleasant experience for customers. USPS should be a place where customers are treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

Only one rude person working the counter, talking down to the woman trying to mail a package. Tiny room and NO self-service kiosks? The kiosks aren’t perfect but how can you not have those here? This is a main post office for the entire Walteria and Southwood area and it is completely useless. I’ve never had a worse experience except the last time I was at this one.
