  Unprofessional, hostile, rude and entitled owners. They believe they are doing you a favor. Help yourself and frequent a different UPS store.

  I love this location. All the staff is very professional and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! They are not usually crowded but when the are, the people at the front desk check in with us apologies for the wait and will get with us soon. I also like the fact that they are patient with senior citizens and people who’ve never been to the store. They explain everything step by step and are suggestive on types of services they provide to meet your need and a cheaper way to do it if possible! The store is super clean at all time. Although I live in the area, I will NEVER go to another location! Thank you to the staff for all that they do!

  I went there right before their closing and the workers there did not kick me out of the store. They waited for me to complete the package drop off.

  The website of the specific location states that binding services are offered. When we went to the store, the two female workers stated they did not do those services. This visit was Saturday, May 16 around 1-2PM. I asked the workers which UPS stores offer binding. The worker said she cannot access that information because the stores are franchised and not connected. Then, I asked for the phone number to the nearest UPS store. As she was laughing, she said “we can’t access that.” In response to her tone, I said “you can’t Google it?” to which she said no. This store was completely unhelpful and does not offer the services the website states it does.

  Franchise or owned by UPS corporate? Lazy jeet sitting on behind, scrolling social media when you walk in the door, no eye contact or smile. Doesn't stand when scanning the package, so have to push it towards him. Doesn't take the package, but instead tells you to stack it on a floor pile behind you. I deserve a tip! Only positive is the interior looks newly renovated.
