When picking up the paper we saw that it was not as described and was regular paper with texture instead of the thicker card stock that we were told we would receive. On top of that it was printed on the side without texture. The biggest waste of time and money that I have spent. Don’t waste your time coming to this location as they are completely incompetent and have zero customer service skills.

The plans were handed to me wrapped, and when I arrived at the job site, I discovered that they were not stapled or properly bound. This is extremely unprofessional. I paid a very high and unreasonable amount for a basic printing service, and I expected the plans to be prepared correctly and ready for use on site. For construction drawings, stapling or binding the plan set is not something special — it should be a basic standard. I should not have to explain basic print shop work to your staff. The attached photos in my latest review show the same type of work done by another print shop, with better preparation and for a much, much cheaper price. This makes your service and pricing even more disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with the service, the quality, and the price. This issue needs to be addressed properly.
